Why
We are required to confirm your identity and age before we open an account, so every account starts verified. We may ask for more information or documents later to meet our ongoing legal obligations.
Statuses
Verified, Under review, Additional information required and Rejected. If a later check needs more information, the reason is shown in your account, and withdrawals pause until it is complete.
Your documents
Documents go through the identity provider’s secure flow and are never stored in your browser.
