Creating an account
The three steps of sign-up and what each consent means.
Three steps
Step 1 sets up your login: email, mobile and password. Step 2 asks for your name, date of birth and address, which we use to verify your identity. Step 3 is consents: confirming you are 18 or over, accepting the Terms and Betting Rules, and choosing whether to hear about offers.
Marketing is optional
The email and SMS options for offers start switched off. You can change them later.
Set a limit while you’re here
You can set a deposit limit during sign-up so it applies from your first deposit.
Identity check before the account opens
When you press “Create account”, we check your name, date of birth and address against independent sources. The account is created only once that check succeeds; if it can’t be completed, we tell you what is missing.
