Time-out
Pause betting and deposits for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. It starts immediately and can’t be ended early.
Self-exclusion
Close your account to betting for six months, one year or five years. Australian customers can also use BetStop, the national register, to exclude from all licensed wagering providers.
What still works
You can log in, read Help and Responsible Gambling, see your bets and transactions, withdraw your available balance and contact support.
